Partnered with the CRM team to test 406 Lifecycle emails in 2024; resulting in $9M in revenue and 0.70% CTR

Sent to our Brand Standard customer, we developed a series of product dupes and compared our price to designer brand prices. We saw a 18% increase in clicks, and the email series continues to perform well.

Our highest-performing test was the “Finish Your Look” email series, where we sent an “add this to your outfit” email with different apparel categories, plus accessories and beauty.

As our new brand campaign launched, I was tasked with updating our voice to something more clever, less business-speak, and more conversational. The Welcome series is a high performer with 65% coupons redeemed within one month of deployment.
